My run today was enjoyable. And I stopped when I wanted to stop, not because I was tired and needed to.

I feel good.
Grain-Free Cookie Dough Truffles (yum, and healthy!)
Ingredients (for cookie dough)
2 1/2 cups almond meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
5 Tbsp Applesauce
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup organic honeyMakes 30 cookie dough balls.
How to:
- Roll the dough into balls, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let them solidify.
- Melted some semi-sweet chocolate/dark chocolate and dip balls
That’s it! Let the chocolate harden in the fridge if you want too. Great for a sweet tooth :)
